Meet the founder
Malith Gamage, Founder of Videco
Hi. I am Malith. I am building Videco from the Netherlands.
Before building Videco I spent five years working as a video director and editor creating more than 30 music videos for both international and local Italian artists.
Working behind the camera gave me a firsthand understanding of the video production process from bringing creative ideas to life to editing the final cut. It also showed me how much more there is to video than simply creating it.
I started Videco to bring that creative perspective into the tools we use to publish and share and repurpose video online.
Today I am building Videco independently combining my background in video production with my experience in software development to create a platform that solves real problems for people working with video every day.
There is a lot more we want to build and this is just the beginning.
